    Grave security vulnerabilities which either haven't been fixed upstream or fixed insufficiently. Our version is out-of-date as well though the latest version wouldn't fix all of these. Other distributions have removed croc because of its poor security posture already. Use net-misc/wormhole-william or net-misc/magic-wormhole-rust instead. Removal on 2026-09-20. Bug #980854 and the older bug #918091.
